Lewis Ironside relishing the nite he decided to try a
small mepp for sea trout 29/4/2013.
Lewis was fishing the horse shoe bends
when he latched onto what he thought was a pretty special sea trout.
Turned out to be a sea liced 8lb salmon.
That will get the members rushing for the rods.
This is the first "springer" to be caught and verified for a long time on the Ugie.
We anglers really should be fishing the river more.
Well done Lewis.
